The Grand Tour Season 3: Episode 1 Sets Up The Momentum For The Rest Of The Series
After 11 months of waiting, ‘The Grand Tour Season 3’ finally streamed on Amazon Prime last Friday. And what do we say? It left us gasping for air. The three middle-aged men: Jeremy Clarkson, James May, Richard Hammond are back with a bang.
Much grander than before, ‘The Grand Tour’ took us to Detroit, the spiritual home of the automobile. And what were the three presenters driving? Three proper American muscle cars! Jeremy Clarkson drives his favourite 2019 Ford Mustang, Richard Hammond in the new Dodge Demon and James May in the Hennessey modified Chevy Camaro ‘The Exorcist’.
The trio rides down the streets of Detroit to try and bring back the lost sounds of big V8s rolling down in a city that was once the epicentre of the automotive world.
The episode is engaging, fast-paced and as always tons of laughable gags. What’s more? Jeremy confirmed that season 3 will run for a total of 13 weeks. Now that’s what we call a fun-filled ride. The season montage showed where the trio will be heading… which is all around the world.
With the three presenters setting fire to the stage in the first episode alone, we can expect a high-octane season ahead. And the next episode is a Grand Tour Special. So stay tuned!
