F1 Grand Prix: Team HAAS Has A Sponsor!
Earlier this year, an energy drink company had posted some cryptic tweets which featured a concept F1 livery. Remember the company? Alright, one more hint- This company tried to buyout Force India before the team went into administration. Yes, you guessed it right, it’s Rich Energy!
But the buyout fell through and Force India was eventually bought by Lawrence Stroll so why are we talking about the company again? That’s because it seems we’ll see this company again next year. Rich Energy signed a deal with Haas to see the brand become the team’s first-ever title sponsor in a “multi-year agreement” from 2019 onwards. This also means that next year’s car will have “a significant livery change”.
Haas team principal Guenther Steiner said:
"Securing a title partner in Rich Energy is another milestone moment in the development of Haas F1 Team. We welcome their commitment to us as an organisation, and together we share an ambition to advance further in our respective fields."
The new livery would be something to watch for next year! We are already so excited for next year and the current season hasn’t even ended.
